This craigslist post is the classic case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde.

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

The ad copy is fairly well written and the seller even goes on to list all of the modifications.

Typically when you see something askew in the attached photographs you will find a detailed list of "Cons" or items that may need attention.

Not this CraigsLister!

In almost any somewhat enthusiast owned E36 you'll find a lack of door panels due to the fact that the window regulators are garbage and need to be fixed very very often

Come on people!! Find a cardboard box, empty cars loose contents into said box, THEN take pictures. It's 1 extra step that requires 2 minutes of your time.

I guess we are lucky he even took pictures, as 1/3 of craiglisters don't even do that.

Well, he did put a lot more effort into it than the typical Craigslist ad. Photos both inside and out that show at least most of what's wrong with it, properly spelled, and reasonably priced. I give this like a 3/5.

That's good copy when posting a Craigslist ad? I beg to differ, because his grammar is still lacking. I have a hard time not judging people who type like they're texting quickly on their phone when posting a for-sale ad.
